Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks an attorney in New York and/or Washington, D.C. with a minimum experience of four years to support its Financial Services group. Qualified candidates have experience in the areas of technology transactions, business transactions, commercial contracts and general corporate law as well as regulatory experience of any kind (e.g., consumer finance regulation, tax, energy and/or any other code-based regulations). Experience with e-commerce, cobranding, payment processing, and private label credit card agreements and mobile payments a plus.
