Bryan Cave LLP seeks a fifth or sixth year patent prosecution attorney to join the IP group in our New York office. The ideal candidate will be someone with several years of experience in not only preparing and prosecuting patent applications, but also managing client patent portfolios and prosecution dockets. The candidate will also be expected to participate in post grant proceedings before the USPTO including preparing, and defending against, reexamination requests, as well as working on Inter Partes and Post Grant Reviews. Requirements include a Degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, and Admission to the USPTO. An advanced degree or industry experience are a plus.
