Our client, a local family-owned management company, has engaged us to identify an experienced attorney to serve as their first in-house counsel. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience with corporate law, finance, and general business matters. The hire will be involved in evaluating new business opportunities and structuring transactions, ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risk, managing litigation, and working with outside counsel. The attorney will partner closely with the company’s CEO and CFO in managing the company’s businesses including real estate holdings, commercial properties, and capital investments.The company offers a competitive compensation including a 401K with match.
