The Charlotte Office of the international law firm Bryan Cave LLP is seeking a highly motivated, exceptionally well-qualified and versatile mid/senior level associate for its rapidly growing banking group. Successful applicants will have four to six years of finance and secured lending experience, exceptional and extensive negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced finance practice handling multiple matters simultaneously and independently. In-depth knowledge of various forms of financing, including syndicated lending, asset based lending and letters of credit is required. Other requirements include superior work ethic, outstanding communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials and a client-focused attitude.
