Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a patent associate with two to four years of experience (2009 - 2011 JD) to join our New York office. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of patent projects, including patent prosecution, IP litigation, licensing, and opinion work. Qualified candidates will be registered before the USPTO and have two to four years of patent experience (with an emphasis on patent prosecution and opinion work). A background in Mechanical Engineering is strongly preferred. Strong academic performance (top third of class) and excellent writing skills are required.
