Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in commercial property management. The hire will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of property management and amendments to property management (including MSAs, local country agreements, vendor/subcontractor agreements, license agreements, employee transfer agreements etc); facility management, transaction management, project management and lease administration, as well as analyzing and mitigating contractual risk in and overseeing commercial litigation, among other duties.
