Sklar Law, LLC is a respected small litigation firm with offices in Cherry Hill, NJ. Our practice areas include commercial litigation, collection litigation, bankruptcy litigation, Chapter 7 trustee representation and landlord tenant litigation. We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced civil litigation attorney, with three to seven years’ experience. Construction and/or subrogation litigation experience is desirable, as is bankruptcy experience. Job Qualifications: Three to seven years of experience as a civil litigation attorney. Specialization or significant experience in construction law and/or insurance subrogation law is desirable. Admitted to Pennsylvania or New Jersey bar is required (both preferred), and the ability to waive into the other is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong research and legal writing skills. Dependable and self-motivated.
