Our client, a large provider of professional liability insurance, has engaged us to identify qualified attorney candidates for an immediate opening with their growing claims team. Desired candidates will have 6+ years of experience managing or litigating professional liability claims, with a preference for medical malpractice or other professional liability experience. Hired professional will lead team on macro-level, analyzing internal and industry trends to assist in developing best practice strategies for assessing, managing and resolving both external and internal claims. Claims Lead will work closely with claims analysts and outside counsel and will play a critical role in redefining the claims management process. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership and training, along with an exceptional business acumen, and a team-oriented approach are critical for success in this position.
