The Los Angeles office of Holland & Knight has an immediate need for a corporate associate with 3-5 years of substantive corporate contract and transactional experience. The candidate must be a self starter with excellent contract drafting skills, ability to interface with clients directly, and a strong academic background. Experience with the tenant side of commercial leases and M&A due diligence projects is strongly preferred. A financial background and/or the ability to understand tax and financial statements is a plus.
