Job Description

We are seeking an associate with three to five years of experience in commercial real estate, with an emphasis on real estate finance. Our clients include major real estate developers and owners and large national and regional financial institutions. The real estate transactions cover all real estate asset classes and involve prominent real estate projects in New York as well as nationally, with a particular emphasis on multifamily residential properties. The responsibilities will include preparation and negotiation of all types of real estate finance documents and development and joint venture agreements and the closing of these transactions. We also have a significant affordable housing and public finance practice. Our practice is very active, growing and exciting. We are involved in high profile and cutting-edge transactions and we deal with some of the most sophisticated and well known participants in the New York real estate community.
