Job Description

We are looking to recruit a 4th-6th year associate with strong drafting, commenting and acquisition financing transaction leading skills for the Los Angeles office. The candidate should have broad-based finance experience with an emphasis on representing lenders, equity sponsors and other borrowers in connection with acquisitions, recapitalizations and leveraged financings in middle and upper/middle market transactions. Experience with workouts, restructurings and bankruptcies (including DIP financings and exit financings) is a plus, as is experience with private equity coinvestments. Excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
