Winston & Strawn LLP has an opening for a junior to mid-level associate in the corporate department of the Charlotte office. Applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in banking and finance representing banks and other financial institutions in secured lending (leveraged finance and/or asset-based lending), syndicated credits, and other capital market matters. Experience in representing borrowers in lending transactions is also desirable.
In addition to excellent academic credentials and large law firm experience, the candidate should possess strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills. Candidates must be admitted to and in good standing with the North Carolina bar or willing to take the North Carolina bar at the first opportunity.
