Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is currently recruiting for a litigation associate attorney to be based in the firm’s Chicago office. Candidates must be licensed in Illinois and have between two and five years of experience in general commercial litigation. Experience with White Collar Crime and/or regulatory matters would be a plus. General duties include but are not limited to:

• Responsibility for document review, organization and production.
• Supervised legal assistants in organizations of documents.
• Conduct extensive legal research, and draft memoranda related thereto.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, complaints, letters to the court, and affidavits.
• Engage in active motion practice in both state and federal court, including drafting motions for summary judgment, motions opposing class certification, motions to compel, and temporary restraining orders.
• Summarize and analyze documents and deposition testimony.
• Draft articles and client advisories.
• Responsible for fact investigation/development.
