Litigation AssociateLocation: Philadelphia, PAThe Philadelphia, PA office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks a Litigation Associate with at least two years of complex litigation experience, ideally in product liability and torts, with an emphasis on defending pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or consumer health or consumer facing products.Job Requirements:At least two years of complex litigation experience.Experience in product liability and torts, preferably involving pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or consumer health/consumer-facing products.Strong Pennsylvania state court experience required.Experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, and trial or trial preparation.Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.Strong academic credentials.Motivated to be part of an active trial practice and demonstrate initiative.Ability to take responsibility for client matters independently.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a large, collaborative team.Admission to the PA bar or eligibility to waive in required.About the Firm:Barnes & Thornburg LLP is an AmLaw 100 firm with 23 offices.
