Our Atlanta office has an opportunity for an experienced associate to join the firm’s expanding practice.

Primary job duties would be defense of employment litigation claims, HR advise and non-complete/unfair business competition matters. Traditional labor work including union avoidance, labor litigation and arbitrations.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess at least 2 - 3 years of general practice litigation experience, labor and employment experience is preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources/Management is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
• Strong, organizational skills and proactive approach is a must.
• Must be licensed to practice in Georgia.
• Top 25% of Law School Class.
