EU recommendations on ESG disclosures under the Benchmarks Regulation

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published a final report on the outcome of the 2024 Common Supervisory Action (CSA) on ESG disclosures under the Benchmarks Regulation (BMR).
