Stoel Rives' labor and employment attorneys provide strategic counseling and litigation services across the full spectrum of labor and employment law. The Portland office is looking for an independent, highly capable labor lawyer. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in private-sector traditional labor law as well as experience in employment litigation and counseling employers in matters concerning federal and state employment laws. Strong academic credentials, client service skills, writing skills and interpersonal skills are required. Membership in the Oregon bar is strongly preferred.
