The ideal candidate will have experience litigating issues arising under the Uniform Commercial Code, the Uniform Trade Secrets Act, commodity driven agreements, antitrust, fiduciary duty, and other areas of competition law. Exceptional academic record, strong writing skills, and complex case and discovery skills are required. Membership to the Minnesota State Bar is required. Principals only.
