Shutts & Bowen's Tampa office is seeking an Admiralty Partner to join its thriving office. The successful candidate will have 10+ years experience in areas including ship charters, port regulation, cargo documentation, US Customs, maritime contracts and documentation, charter party agreements, bills of lading, maritime regulations (Department of Homeland Security, Coast Guard and Customs port entry rules, etc); cargo and/or personal injury. This position will most likely be resident in our Tampa office but some geographic flexibility may be possible.
