Real Estate Transactions Associate (2 – 5 years) - Must be conscientious, detail oriented and have exceptional analytical and writing skills. Listening to and understanding the client's business objectives then achieving those objectives within appropriate transaction documents is a requirement. Immediate exposure to public companies, blue-chip developers, national banks and other sophisticated business clients in complex transactions. Top academic credentials and two to five years of comparable law firm and transactions experience, including real estate purchases and leases, construction contracting and financing. This position will be resident in the Tampa office of Shutts & Bowen.
