The Government Policy & Practice Group in our Lansing office seeks an associate with two to four years of experience in administrative law and litigation. Prior experience with a law firm or state administrative agency preferred. Candidates should have experience in drafting briefs, enjoy working with clients and regulators, and appreciate the importance of participating in practice development activities. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required. The work requires attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines. Experience with energy/utility law is a plus.
