Holland & Hart is seeking an associate (2-5 year) or more senior of-counsel attorney with a strong background or experience in U.S. trade sanctions, strong competency in compliance and related investigations (EAR, ITAR, OFAC) to join its Denver office.

Requirements:Excellent regulatory experience, writing skills and strong academic performance are required. Experience in private law firm trade practice is a plus.
