The New York office of Squire Sanders is seeking a highly motivated Associate for our dynamic Corporate practice.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three to five years commercial contracts experience and media, technology or outsourcing knowledge is a plus. The candidate must possess a J.D. and be licensed to practice in the State of New York. Excellent credentials as well as strong research, writing and verbal communications skills are required. The position offers the right candidate the opportunity to assume significant responsibility in complex matters cross border in nature and significant exposure to clients.
