The West Palm Beach office of Squire Sanders is seeking a highly motivated Staff Associate for our dynamic Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two to four years' commercial and business litigation or judicial clerkship experience. Experience in business or finance is a plus. The candidate must possess a J.D. and be licensed to practice in the State of Florida. Excellent credentials as well as strong research, writing and verbal communications skills are required. Some stand-up experience in court is strongly preferred.
The position offers the right candidate the opportunity to assume significant responsibility in complex matters. This is a non-partnership track position.
