The Washington DC office of Squire Sanders is currently seeking an associate for our dynamic healthcare practice with at least 4-5 years of experience in general health care transactional matters, including, by way of example, experience with corporate transactions including joint ventures, M&A, federal health care regulatory matters such as HIPAA, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute and the False Claims Act, experience in Medicare and Medicaid or health insurance reimbursement matters, and health IT.

The candidate must possess a J.D. and be admitted to the District of Columbia Bar or eligible for admission. The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm environment and superior writing, communication and problem-solving skills.
