Dentons' New York office is seeking a Venture Technology practice associate with 3-4 years of legal experience with a focus on emerging growth companies, venture capital, private equity, and securities. Substantial IPO or other public offering experience is a plus. The candidate should have sector experience in technology, life sciences and/or medical devices. Excellent academic credentials and the ability to work in a team-oriented collegial environment are required. JD is required.
