The New York office of Seyfarth Shaw seeks a litigation associate with 4 - 5 years of commercial litigation experience. We require excellent academic credentials from a top law school, and excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should have experience arguing motions and taking and defending depositions. Trial experience is a plus; so is substantive experience in the areas of securities litigation, real estate litigation and/or insurance coverage litigation.
