Job Description:

Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP is currently seeking a mid-level corporate and securities associate for its Atlanta office.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of corporate and transactional experience in a large regional or national law firm, including significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, financings, licensing, commercial sales and corporate governance.

The position will involve the preparation and review of contracts and other transaction documents, managing facets of transactions and assisting in the closings of transactions, and general corporate formation and advising. Outstanding academic credentials required.
