Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an IP litigation associate with 2-3 years of experience in patent litigation to work in our New York office. Our ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, where telecommunications experience is a plus. We have a growing, dynamic IP litigation practice in New York and beyond. Our associates work on interesting cases, take on challenging responsibilities, and are able to grow their careers in a collaborative team environment, working with partners who are committed to their success. Strong academic credentials, writing and communication skills are required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school, and must be in good standing and an active member of the New York Bar.
