Foley & Lardner LLP is looking for an Associate to join the firm's Information Technology & Outsourcing Practice Group in the Los Angeles office. The candidate must be a 2010 or 2011 graduate from an ABA-approved law school with excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical and communication skills. Ideally, the candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working in a legal capacity on information technology and outsourcing transactions. Additionally, prior non-legal work experience in the areas of information technology or outsourcing is very helpful. The successful candidate will receive extensive training and be involved in a wide range of leading-edge transactions. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school.
