An immediate opportunity is available for a general corporate Associate assigned to the Business, Acquisitions, and Securities Practice Group. Applicants must have 3-5 years of securities, general corporate and transactional experience who can assist with M&A, financial transactions, and advising clients in other general business matters. A license to practice in Ohio is required.
