We are currently seeking an off-track real estate attorney with 7-10 years of experience to join our Providence or Boston office.

The candidates should have prior, regular and direct experience and involvement in a commercial transactional and development-oriented real estate law practice (including purchase/sale transactions, leasing/ground leasing/subleasing, title and survey reviews, entity structuring, development permitting, financing and general real estate issues). Experience advising retail clients would be a plus. We seek bright and highly motivated candidates with superior academic credentials and excellent writing/communication skills.
