We are currently seeking a mid-level corporate attorney with 3-6 years of experience in public offerings and public company counseling to join our Boston office.

Ideal candidates will have substantive experience with (i) all aspects of equity capital markets financings including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, shelf take-downs, PIPE transactions, Rule 144A offerings, convertible debt and high-yield debt, (ii) advising clients on ’33 and ’34 Act compliance and corporate governance matters and (iii) representing publicly traded companies in M&A transactions.
