Duane Morris LLP has an opening for an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 3-6 years' experience who possesses a EE degree. The candidate will have primary emphasis on patent litigation including experience in all phases of discovery and hearings before state and federal courts. Trial experience preferred along with strong academic credentials, superior writing ability, a quick-study aptitude, ability to engender client confidence, and thrive in a creative, entrepreneurial and collegial environment.
