Steptoe, an AmLaw 100 firm with a strong employment litigation practice, is seeking a highly motivated employment litigation attorney to work full-time in our Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of employment litigation experience including taking depositions, interviewing witnesses, handling discovery, and writing and arguing motions. Trial experience is plus. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of initiative. Solid academic credentials, strong writing skills, and superior analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are also desired. Principals only.
