Substantial private firm experience in merger review, private antitrust litigation including class actions, and counseling required. Experience should include a supervisory role in responding to a second request, drafting (dispositive motions, white papers, etc.), depositions, and witness interviews. Writing samples highlighting your antitrust knowledge are required. Principals only.
