The Richmond Corporate Team seeks an associate with three to four years of experience to join its Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Candidates should have experience in sophisticated public and private merger and acquisition transactions as well as securities and corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, great analytical and writing skills and be able to demonstrate leadership and initiative. Candidates should be interested in developing long-term working relationships with our clients, have the desire to be part of a nationally recognized corporate practice and be a true team player.
