Our Intellectual Property and Technology Practice is seeking associates with three to five years of experience to join our Washington, D.C. office. Qualified candidates must have a technical background including a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, or the equivalent, and a minimum of three years of experience working as a patent litigation attorney. Experience in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications is a plus. Responsibilities may also involve work in other areas of I.P. law including trademark and licensing.
