We are looking for a junior Intellectual Property associate with a JD from a top law school and an undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Organic Chemistry, who has 1 to 3 years of patent prosecution/transactional experience from a top firm. Candidates should be familiar with organic chemical nomenclature and methods for synthesizing organic molecules and should have a functional knowledge of organic structures. Must have excellent academic credentials, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

We will also consider a Scientific Advisor for the above position with the following prerequisites: PhD in Organic Chemistry (M.S. in Organic Chemistry with 3+ years of industry experience may also be considered). Additionally, candidates should be familiar with the necessary steps to begin a career in patent law. We require enrollment in a local law school's part-time evening program within one year of employment.
