The Washington office is seeking a mid-level patent litigation associate for the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of prior work experience and preferably a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics or higher mathematics. In addition, some patent prosecution experience (and/or patent bar membership) would be welcome. All applicants must have excellent academic credentials, writing skills and references.
