Associate with 3 to 4 years of patent prosecution experience to join the Intellectual Property Practice Group and work on patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation matters. Intellectual property litigation experience is not required but is considered a plus. Candidates with a background in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or mechanical engineering preferred. Candidate must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
