Clark Hill is seeking an associate attorney, with 5-6 years of experience, for its Litigation Practice Group in Philadelphia, PA. The focus of the associate’s work will be commercial and corporate litigation. All candidates must have the following experience: trial/hearing preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, and motion practice; deposition experience; strong written advocacy and research skills; and a strong academic record. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and should possess a solid work ethic. All candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
