We are seeking a litigation associate with 2 - 4 years of non-IP litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have California State Court experience, and will have handled tort, contract and statutory claims, and be well-versed in civil practice. The candidate must have attained a high level of academic achievement, have solid big law firm experience, and very strong writing and communication skills.
