Loeb & Loeb’s Finance Department is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of law firm experience to join its New York office. The candidate must have a strong commercial and/or private client finance background with substantial experience in representing financial institutions and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending, including securities-based lending, asset-based lending and derivatives. Additional experience in real estate finance, securities matters and regulatory matters are all pluses. Successful candidates will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, a high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and an ability to independently manage multiple projects and people. Superior academic credentials and admission to the NY bar are required. Large or mid-size law firm experience preferred.
