Ideal Candidate

We have a need for a Patent Prosecution Associate or Agent in the Northern Virginia Office, Palo Alto Office, San Diego Office, San Francisco Office, or Washington, D.C. Office.

  • The ideal candidate will have 1 - 5 years of experience in the following areas:
    • Preparation and prosecution of patent applications
    • IP strategy and portfolio management
  • Strong scientific background, preferably at the graduate level, in chemistry or the life sciences
  • Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential.
  • USPTO Registration required
  • State bar membership required (attorneys only)
