Ideal Candidate

We have an urgent need for a Technology Transactions Associate in the San Francisco office.

• The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of experience in life sciences intellectual property and technology based transactions, working on:
  • licensing, corporate partnering and commercial agreements
  • counseling on strategic alliances, collaborations, or other commercial transactions
• A science degreestrongly preferred
• Strong undergraduate or graduate academic credentials in life sciences, intellectual property, technology, and commercial law coursework at a top-tier law school is highly valued.
• The ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form is required.
• A strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills will add to your success on our team.
• Bar Admission in California is preferred but, not a deal breaker.
