Fredrikson has an opportunity for a lawyer to join our highly regarded Business and Tax Department. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual with distinguished academic credentials, exceptional legal analysis and writing abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills. The right candidate has 7+ years of experience in corporate tax practice with a major law firm or in a comparable setting. In addition, solid corporate tax experience or tax consulting would be beneficial. We are looking for an individual with an LLM, MBT, or CPA.
