Fredrikson seeks an attorney with significant complex commercial lending experience to join our growing and close-knit Private Equity group representing private-equity buyers in leveraged buyout debt financing. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with distinguished academic credentials, exceptional legal analysis, outstanding interpersonal skills and significant experience with commercial loan documentation and UCC Article 9.
