Candidates are to have excellent interpersonal, analytical and writing skills along with strong academic/professional credentials. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law and financing/credit transactions. The individual should possess a strong working knowledge of public and privately-held corporations (including professional corporations), partnership law and limited liability companies.
