Ideal candidate will have an LLM degree in taxation or be a licensed CPA. We're looking for someone to practice principally in the corporate and partnership tax areas. This person will have responsibility for working with our M&A group to structure M&A transactions; review M&A agreements; prepare partnership agreements and LLC operating agreements; and work, to a limited extent, on federal and state controversy matters.
